Pritong Manok of Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo

 I decided to go to Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo today to have a brunch. I was so hungry that i could gobble up a whole friend chicken. So, I ordered "Pritong Manok" (Ilonggo/Tagalog for friend chicken) at the resto. The seasonings and breading of this dish was different. It has an inate Ilonggo  taste wherein the diner can savor the rich history of the Ilonggo culinary arts.  The chicken was freshly cooked that is apparent on it's juicy and tender texture. The whole dining experience was splendid. The restaurant service was splendid and I would surely go back for more.-LJCA
